NEGEV : Art Dining & Gallery Bar

Dear NEGEV , I'm really sorry that i doubt about their good babbling about you . 

Yes , yes , yes . I mean it, NEGEV The only reason why i paid it a visit in this late century since it stood because the hesitation to try . Some of them said their food was sucks . Some of them said it was worth visiting . Located at City Plaza Building , no wonder if their luncheons are mostly filled with business peoples during Weekdays. Today is Wedne(shit)day, after a had an hour full of bewilderment faced the France exam. I found myself sitting beautifully in a beautiful place with polite , well-trained waiter and waitresses . No wonder they won over Jakartans hearts , they really turned this place out into a good art dining eatery .

I stepped inside , and mesmerized by their beautifully crafted interior and opulent furnished . I got the idea why they called it an art dining and gallery bar . There are a lot of paintings posted almost everywhere including their clean toilet with ethnic jut painting . After i thoroughly looking the surrounding , it gave me that homey feeling and you know, that kind of feeling to stay long-linger there. I'm amazed with their art collections , like they have three dimensional arts putted , like panther and the human ornament which i found it ethnic . This place is absolutely filled with artistic decorations . More over their bar area walls are sculptured with some Roman paintings .

Ok , enough the chattering about this place , you guys should see it by yourselves . Actually it wasn't that huge and shockingly huge like what i've imagined before . So , let's get straight to the chitterlings and (hopefully) it will be scrumptious and satisfying experiences through the foods were given.

Complimenatry bread with butter . Is it the same butter with the one i had at Atlet Century hotel? maybe .

I was having this Pan Roasted Chicken 120k which is initially doubted at first . It came with pilaf basmati rice , it's an aromatic rice which is fragrant and inviting appetite , potato chips shaped round like instant noodle before cooked , sliced carrots and the delicious roasted chicken with some sauce poured throughout the chicken cubes . Firstly , i tried their basmati rice which was already good then combined with the chicken itself . It was good! Exceeded my expectation. A successfully opening lighted up the mood. Got fooled with the portion appearance , it was surprisingly satiating . Gosh.

Next one is their Chicken Fetucinne 80k is a thick one ,  dominated with the mushrooms . it has that creamy and milky textures , it was quite good . But , not so much for my liking .

This Molten Chocolate 55k was so appealing!! came with beautiful presentation and long plating , by the look it was captivating me . And , by the time i ripped it with spoons , fresh dark chocolate came from the body ( seriously , it's not vampire series )

Ah , i am proudly saying from all of the molten cakes out there , i love this the most! Actually , i'm kinda sick with this molten molten everywhere , but this is an exception . It was phenomenal , their dark chocolate was warm melted in my mouth , ah , such a mood booster , combined with its caramelized orange marmalade ice cream and those yummy strawberry sauce and fruits . Ah , heaven in your spoons! And a small glass of chocolate liquid surely made it sweeter also this menu is sugar-high . For those who craving for sugar-high dessert without turning back . You'll love this!

And *drumrolls ................................. The Shockingly Chilled Chocolate Parfait 45k which reminds me of an aquarium .

I was kinda surprised when it served on the table . I was making that fleeting quizzical look err , okay. Consists of crunchy bite of almond nougatine which looks like peyek tempe, refreshing mint and greens with mango malibu rum soup . I love the mango soup.. Tasted like a good mango juice , i didn't even know it contained rum. I don't know about the presentation , it was definitely kinda elusive . Their chocolate brownies was scrumptious .

For bevearage , i had this Belly Berry 55k it's a refreshing mixtures of berries which was enlightening the mind ., it was worded in the menu if you are having an airsickness or carsickness , queasiness or nausea , you should drink this healthy berries drink . And hopefully it will be your first aid .

I was definitely having a good time here , good vibe , great foods , and lovely friend to share . We were so full after had those foods , seriously , barely can even breathe . Strengthened with their skilled and well-trained workers . No wonder even hip youngsters marks NEGEV as a must visit.
